How I (4x4) lost over 40 lbs and dropped from a
46 inch waist to a 40 inch waist in just 10 weeks...
Admittedly, I'm not a registered dietitian. My background is Truck Driving, not nutrition. I have been reading a lot of reviews & studies on nutrition & diet over the years & could'nt make sense out of any of them. As you know eating at truck stops is harder to do if you trying to diet, but they have been getting better in the products that they carry..... this is what I have found to work for me.
YES........this is a crash diet !!
WATER, WATER, WATER, WATER, WATER
I start my morning with a Protein bar (30 grams protein) at least!
For lunch it's a Subway salad ( I cut bread and starch out of my life).
Now i know what your saying: "I cant do that".....
But if your serious about loosing weight than you
need something extreme!
DID I HAPPEN TO MENTION WATER?
Of course you get to snack in between breakfast & lunch but your
snack HAS TO BE low Carb's (and /or) low Fat, like Pork rinds or Sun Flower seeds BUT not the whole bag............
Now......For dinner its a little more trickier because you cant have
any bread, pasta, dairy, rice or potato's. "WHAT... NO POTATO'S?"
So.......What does that leave you to eat?
Well............Steak, Fish, Chicken (no breading) & Lots of Vegetables.
(As a matter of fact, eat as much of the vegetables as you can!)
Salad using only vinegar & oil.........ummm making me hungry!!!
Soup is OK as long as it's not "cream" style soup (white).
Chicken noodle is OK .....Just don't eat the noodles.........
OK......Here is the kicker
After dinner, then you are done eating till morning.
No snacks........just water !! Then start all over again..
That's it........easier said than done I'll tell you.......
You don't know how bad I want a McDonald's double 1/4 lb burger & fries...
But you know what? After about the first week (or two)
I did'nt even want any of that junk any more........weird~~

UPDATE:
I have now lost 50lbs in just 14 weeks....
I have been taking Lipo 6 now for 8 weeks & I must tell you
that with the combination of my diet, exercise & Lipo 6, I am
losing 5 to 7 pounds a week.
I believe that the Lipo 6 is helping me
lose the fat in areas that i am having trouble in.
such as Stomach, arms & sides.
Found in WalMart......$19.99
I am sure there are better Weight loss pills out there
but since i'm a Truck Driver, shopping at WalMart is convenient

UPDATE:
I am holding at 285lbs
Still loosing inches (38in waist)......
I am no longer taking "lipo 6" because of the recommended
time that you are only allowed to take it....
I am just controlling what I eat and working out every day.....
I will be making some of my own workout videos for "Truckers"

Things that you should be eating that you probably are not... first and foremost: breakfast! You have probably heard it a million times, but breakfast really is the most important meal because it sets the tone for the rest of your day. Having a good, healthy breakfast will actually help you burn more calories throughout the day. Second, good fats in the form of nuts, olive oil, avocado, etc. When trying to lose weight, most people cut out fat, but these good kinds of fat help burn calories, aid in digestion and help keep your skin looking healthy. So don't overdo it, but don't be afraid of good fats . Third, a lot of water is a must. Your body is made up mostly of water, so skimping on water can leave you feeling tired and sluggish. You need water to flush out toxins in your system. Lastly, vegetables ‑- all kinds and colors. If you are trying to lose weight, stay away from the starchy carbs, and try to eat more fruits and veggies along with lean pieces of protein. If you look at a food and can't figure out where it came from, you probably should not be eating it.
